Veel verpakkingen roepen met grote letters \u201clight\u201d, \u201cnatuurlijk\u201d of \u201crijk aan vezels\u201d, maar wat zit er \u00e9cht in? Toegevoegde suikers, zout en kunstmatige stoffen komen vaker voor dan je zou verwachten.
